Intermart Development is a Los Angeles-based Real Estate Investment Company formed in November of 2016 by Turhan Beriker who has 30+ year of experience in construction material manufacturing field. We are currently operating out of our office in Los Angeles, CA and undertaking projects in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Intermart Development's mission is to contribute to the smaller communities of Los Angeles, such as West Hollywood by building premium quality multi-family units to alleviate the shortage of houses in the area.

Our vision as Intermart Development is to be a "boutique developer" in the area, by providing high quality units at acceptable prices, in other words a developer which provide ‘value’ to it clients. With this vision, Intermart attracts local and international investors as its clients.
